Amor Collective is where that dream starts becoming real. 

Amor Collective is a welcoming and inspiring space located in Phoenix, Arizona, created by local Latina entrepreneur Stephanie Vasquez. 

You might know Stephanie from her popular coffee shop, Fair Trade Cafe, a place where the coffee (and vibes) are always top-tier. 

Oh, but she doesn’t stop there. As there is an impressive 61.7% increase in Latina entrepreneurs, she had a bigger vision. She wanted to build a space where Latina business owners could grow, connect, and feel supported. That is where Amor Collective was born!

Today, Amor Collective is home to over 30 Latina entrepreneurs, also known as The Collective. Each woman brings her unique talent and twist to the space. 

Trust us when we say, once you walk into Amor, you will not leave without something in your hand.

It’s More Than a Vibe. It’s a Movement.

Just like the coffee at Fair Trade Cafe, Amor Collective is the gift that keeps on giving. 

The business is more than just a space- it’s a step forward. It’s a place where women support one another and help lift each other. The vibes in there are just a plus!

Starting a business is hard. Many Latina entrepreneurs face challenges that make it even harder. For many, it was the push that they needed to keep going, even when it seemed like the whole world was against them. 

But get this, Amor Collective has contributed a 1 million dollar impact to the economy through their movements, such as Mujeres Mercado (Women Market), to raise awareness for Latina Equal Pay Day. Mujer Mercado has contributed to the ongoing success of Amor Collective and all the women who participate in it.

The Mercado Instagram page has reached over 18.658 million accounts, simply in its first quarter of 2023. 

The space is not where it ends. Amor also offers one-on-one coaching and workshops led by women who’ve been there and understand their struggles. 

Stephanie and her team know it best. When women feel confident and supported, they can do anything.

Meet Paola Gonzalez, owner of Mexico en la Piel, a handbag business created with amor (love) to showcase the vibrant colors and patterns of Mexico's culture. Paola continues to empower women throughout her handbags, which she credits to the women who weave our fabrics.
