Position Overview
Sky Society is seeking a highly organized, people-first candidate who thrives at the intersection of communication, sales, and marketing. You are warm, confident, and polished, with the ability to build trust quickly and guide conversations with authenticity.
As Communications and Account Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Sky Society Admissions team. You’ll support inbound inquiries, manage communication channels, and lead Zoom admissions calls that help prospective students confidently enroll in the Accelerator.
This role requires someone who is both relational and operational. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing and sales to manage systems, accelerate the sales process, and own and execute Sky Society’s influencer and client gifting program.
This role is for someone who loves people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants ownership over conversations that directly impact company growth.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Sales:
- Take admissions Zoom calls with prospective students, confidently guiding them through the Accelerator experience
- Follow up with applicants to move them efficiently through the enrollment process
- Track meeting outcomes and support reporting on admissions metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Communications & Client Experience:
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to inbound client and applicant requests with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure prospective students receive clear, timely communication at every stage of the admissions process
- Amplify community engagement for current students
Operations & Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Admissions and Marketing teams
- Assist Teaching Assistants by supporting editing and tracking assignments when needed
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems and platforms
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows
Gifting & Brand Experience:
- Own and execute Sky Society’s gifting program, including packaging and shipping influencer and client mailers
- Manage inventory, timelines, and logistics to ensure every package reflects our elevated brand standard
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, communications, account management, or client-facing roles
- Confident and articulate on Zoom with strong interpersonal skills
- A true people person who builds rapport easily and thrives in conversation
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working inside CRMs and systems such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, Kajabi, Airtable, or similar tools
- A proactive problem solver with high agency who operates independently and drives initiatives forward
