Natalie Peters
From starting the first marketing career podcast to creating the first experienced-based marketing accelerator, Natalie knows a thing or two about helping women start careers in marketing. She's an expert at landing and at excelling at jobs she's highly unqualified for on paper and helping other women do the same.
After experiencing the frustration of trying to get an unpaid marketing internship in college, let alone a paying position, Natalie set out to discover what actually makes someone stand out in the hiring process. She launched the first Sky Society Accelerator class during the pandemic, not knowing how many women would complete the accelerator in the coming years and start careers in marketing. With a 94% hire rate for graduates who follow her job search path, Natalie is now helping women start marketing careers worldwide.
Natalie founded Sky Society to help women navigate the anxiety, stress and uncertainty that comes with feeling under-qualified for entry-level marketing jobs. With Sky Society Accelerator, she's helping those women start high-paying careers in marketing.
